I HAVE TO SAY IT FEELS GOOD TO GET BACK TO WORKING OUT AND IT FEELS SO GOOD TO FEEL GUILTY WHEN I DON'T GET MY WORKOUT IN. I HAVE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE ACCOMPLISHED AND THAT ARE MY DAILY MOTIVATION:
* BEING AN EXAMPLE FOR MY KIDDOS
* GETTING INTO THOSE MISS ME JEANS
* NOT FEELING SO TIRED* THIS UPCOMING DIRTY THIRTY PARTY IN INDY FOR MY PARTNER IN CRIME
THE LIST COULD GO ON AND ON!!!!!
SO I MADE IT I AM AT A GOOD POINT WITH MY DAILY ROUTINES AND I HAVE TO THANK KRISTINA FOR HELPING ME GET BACK ON THE RIGHT PATH AND FOR MOTIVATING ME ON THOSE WORK-OUT DAYS THAT I'M JUST NOT FEELIN IT THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GOOD ADVICE.... THIS MAMA IS ON A GOOD PATH AND LOVIN IT!!!!!
